Purpose

The organized unit of the United Women in Faith shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of missions through participation in the Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church.

The Hampton United Methodist Women (UMW)meet monthly on the 2nd Wednesday at 7:00 pm in Carter Hall located on the first floor of the church.  Meetings are held January – June and September – December.

In addition to the business meeting,  there is also an educational program each month and delicious refreshments.

We also have an Afternoon Circle Group that meets on the 4th Wednesday of the month  1:00 pm- 3:00 pm.  There are no meetings in June, July, August or December.  Please contact the church office for specific meeting locations by phone-603-926-2702 or via email at hamptonumc@myfairpoint.net .

Craft Workshops (1:00 pm – 3:00 pm), led by Chris Gies  have returned!  These workshops are held  on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays but none are held July and August.

The group is always interested in craft ideas.  If you are interested  in sharing a craft, or want to come to the workshops,  please contact the church office and the message will be provided to Chris.
